Ant corrected the name: the Maximo expert/community holder is Rich Barber, not Rich Butler. Ant also stated that Andrew Carrie is expected to join soon and that both Rich Barber and Andrew Carrie need to be interviewed as experts with significant relationships in the space.
This access is potentially the central unfair advantage for Max Connect, but the July 27 recalibration adds a major caution: Rich's user-group role creates trust and conflict-of-interest risk if a commercial entity appears to exploit an independent community. The unfair advantage only remains an advantage if Max Connect defines and follows a clear governance boundary.
