How reviewers add material
Now: use the shared Max Connect Discovery Drive root folder for response Markdown and source files. The category cards below describe what belongs there; the current working folder contains the source-drop structure.
Source access: Drive is the shared source layer for reviewers. Add account lists, survey exports, call notes, source documents, pricing examples and product-gap evidence there so the pack can be updated from inspectable material.
account-listsAccount lists
Named Maximo users, sectors, relationship owners, account notes and reachability status.
call-notesCall notes
Rich, Andrew and partner notes. One file per conversation. Mark direct quotes clearly.
mas-source-materialMAS source material
IBM, MAS, AppPoints, OpenShift, partner and community source files.
commercial-proofCommercial proof
Pricing, budget, procurement, business-case and competitor artefacts.
events-and-communityEvents and community
Event lists, forums, group access, past audience proof and content examples.
offer-shapesOffer shapes
Draft propositions, service sketches, checklists, workshop outlines and route maps.
Absorption rule
Dropped files are not pack copy. They become source material first, then evidence atoms, then pack claims.
Naming rule
Use plain filenames. Add dates where timing matters. Mark direct quotes clearly.
Upload form path
The current working mechanism is Drive. A future upload form should only replace this once it writes a manifest and preserves source context.
